For confirmed Community Hosts in our target regions, we provide video content with local language captions (or dubbing) and translated written resources (worksheets and guides). We want to ensure your members can engage fully with the material in the language they are most comfortable using. 

Yes, but with specific guidelines. The Grow Your Business Project is an initiative of the Hortiki Plants, which retains all copyright. As a Community Host, you are granted a license to present the material, but you may not rewrite the core slides or re-create the assets as your own.

• What you CAN do: We highly encourage you to use real-world examples, case studies, and discussion prompts that are specific to your local economy and culture. The strongest workshops blend our operational frameworks with your community's real-world examples. We encourage you to invite local business leaders to share implementation stories that resonate with your audience. 

• What we do together: We are committed to cultural relevance. We actively invite feedback from our hosts and will work with you to ensure the content feels right for your audience.

Absolutely! We encourage partners to host multiple sessions. Whether you want to reach different segments of your membership or simply have a long waiting list, you are welcome to run the workshop as often as needed to serve your community. 

Cost to you: $0. You are free to charge your members for tickets, food, or drinks to cover your hosting costs. You keep 100% of the door revenue.

• Amplification: The Grow Your Biz Project Summits are designed to be transformational experiences. We strive to offer not only practical content, but the networking and resources that truly unlock the next level of growth. Having the right people in the room is key. We ask Community Hosts to:

  1. Help us identify regional business leaders, practitioners, and experts who can contribute as speakers or panelists

  2. Spread the word through their networks so the energy is high, the connections are deep, and the potential is limitless!

Is The Project a good fit for your organization? To ensure a high-quality experience for attendees, we look for partners who are true "Community Hubs."

• You are a Connector: You are the place local business owners go to learn and grow (e.g., Coworking Spaces, Trade Associations, Business Networks). Note: We are unable to license this curriculum to individuals for private independent workshops. 

• You Serve the "Doers": Your community is full of founders who are already in business and facing the challenges of scaling. You want to help them move from "hustle" to sustainable growth. 

• You Have the Reach: You have an active way to communicate with your members (email list, social media, or community board) and can commit to filling a room of 20–50 attendees.
